BAHABA is a free public service created to help Filipinos navigate safely during floods. We provide this service as-is, with the primary goal of community safety.

- Emergency hotline contacts by region
- Interactive map showing flood-affected areas
All features are provided free of charge, without requiring user registration.
Acceptable Use
You MAY use BAHABA to:
- Check real-time flood conditions in your area
- Submit accurate flood reports to help others
- Confirm or upvote existing flood reports
- Access emergency contact information
- Plan safe routes during flood events
- Share flood information with others who need it
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Submit false or misleading flood reports
- Use the service to cause panic or alarm
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
- Scrape data for commercial purposes without permission
- Impersonate emergency services or government agencies
- Use the service for any illegal activities
- Attempt to collect personal information from other users

When submitting flood reports, please:
- Be accurate: Only report floods youβve personally witnessed or have reliable information about
- Be specific: Provide clear location details and accurate flood severity
- Be timely: Submit reports as soon as safely possible
- Be helpful: Include relevant details like passability for vehicles
- Be responsible: Mark reports as resolved when flooding subsides
πDonations & Support
Voluntary Donations
BAHABA is and will always remain free to use. Donations are completely voluntary and help cover operational costs such as server hosting, API usage, and development time.
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donations do not provide any special features or privileges
- You maintain access to all BAHABA features regardless of donation status
- Donations are used solely for operational costs and service improvements
Payment Methods
We accept donations through:
- GCash: Philippine mobile wallet service
- Maya (PayMaya): Philippine digital payment platform
- PayPal: International payment processor
- Cryptocurrency: USDT via supported wallet networks
Each payment method is governed by the respective service providerβs terms and conditions.
Important Notes
- Donations are processed by third-party payment providers
- We do not store your payment information
- Refunds are not available for completed donations
- Donation amounts and frequency are entirely at your discretion
- You may stop donating at any time without affecting service access

The BAHABA service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted reports), is owned by Nio Martinez. The project may transition to open source in the future.
User-submitted flood reports are considered public information intended to help the community and may be shared with other services or platforms for public safety purposes.

- Firebase for data storage
- Weather APIs for conditions and forecasts
- News sources for flood information
- Payment processors for donation handling (GCash, Maya, PayPal, cryptocurrency wallets)
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of BAHABA may be subject to these third-party terms as well.
